SUMMARY:[POSTPONED] Seminar in Gozo about Għar Għerduf
DESCRIPTION:The Archaeological Society Malta and the Circolo Gozitano are organising a seminar in Gozo about Għar Għerduf\, the only catacomb site in Gozo. The speakers will be Mr Godwin Vella\, Head Curatorial Affairs\, Heritage Malta\, who will give a historical perspective of the site\, and Professor Anthony Bonanno\, Department of Classics and Archaeology\, University of Malta\, who will put this site within its Roman context. The seminar will start at 11 am and will take place at the premises of the Circolo Gozitano\, 6 Sir Adrian Dingli Street\, Victoria. This will be followed by lunch (details to follow) and a visit to the site\, by special permission of the owners. This event is open to paid up members only. More information in due course.
